Landscaping and gardening top my list of favorite home improvement projects. I hear the same question every year, though:
When can I start planting?
This all depends on where you live, and if you start sowing your seeds indoors during the tail end of the cold months. Be sure to follow planting instructions that come with your seeds and seedlings. If these instructions aren’t clear enough, consider picking up a gardening guide or checking things out online using your favorite search tool.
